Security & Privacy
Keeping your information safe is very important to us. We use the highest levels of encryption to protect your personal information.We will not share or sell this information with any other company or entity. We do not store your credit card information as an added security measure.

Payment
Kimi Werner Art accepts PayPal payments and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Credit card orders are processed through Stripe or PayPal, both industry-leading payment processing companies.

Order Fulfillment
All pieces will be personally signed by Kimi - due to her travel schedule, please allow up to two weeks from purchase for order fulfillment.

Shipping and Handling
Free shipping for all domestic orders. Shipping and transit times will vary by location. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. All international orders must be submitted for a quote and will vary by location. 

Cancelations and Returns
Due to the nature of print orders, which are all custom made upon order, you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you have a question or are unsure, please contact us prior to placing your order at art@kimiwerner.com. We will accept all returns due to processing issues within 5 days of receipt of your artwork. Please email us with a description and picture of the issue to start the claims process.
